Permanent Jewelry

Your permanent jewelry was carefully measured and welded to create a seamless, clasp-free piece tailored specifically to you. While designed for everyday wear, proper care will help preserve its beauty and longevity.

Please review the guidelines below.

✨Everyday Wear

Permanent jewelry is intended to be worn continuously. However, mindful wear is essential.

• Avoid pulling, twisting, or snagging the chain
• Be cautious when changing clothing or using towels
• Avoid catching the chain on bags, hair, or textured fabrics

If the chain becomes caught, do not pull. Gently release tension to prevent stress at the weld point.

✨ Water & Chemicals

Your piece may be exposed to water, but repeated exposure to certain elements may affect longevity.

Avoid prolonged contact with:

• Chlorinated pools
• Hot tubs
• Harsh cleaning products
• Perfumes and lotions applied directly to the chain

After swimming or sweating, rinse gently with clean water and pat dry.

✨ Cleaning & Maintenance

To maintain shine:

• Clean occasionally with warm water and mild soap

• Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth

• Use a jewelry polishing cloth suitable for your metal type

Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time. Regular polishing will restore brightness.

✨ Removal

If removal is ever required (for medical procedures or personal preference), the chain can be safely cut at the jump ring using small scissors or nail clippers.

The chain may be rewelded during a repair appointment.

✨ Longevity Disclaimer

The longevity of permanent jewelry varies based on lifestyle, activity level, and daily wear.

Although crafted from high-quality materials, permanent jewelry is intentionally designed with a safety breaking point. This ensures the piece can release under significant tension to help prevent injury.

We are honored to have created your piece.

Teeth Whitening

Your teeth have just undergone a professional whitening treatment designed to lift stains and brighten your smile. Proper aftercare—especially during the first 24 hours—will help protect your results and keep your smile looking its brightest.

Please review the guidelines below.

✨ The First 24 Hours

For the first 24 hours following your treatment, your teeth are more susceptible to staining.

As a general rule, if it would stain a white shirt, avoid it.

Avoid dark or highly pigmented foods and drinks such as:

• Coffee and tea
• Red wine and dark alcoholic beverages
• Cola and dark sodas
• Tomato-based sauces
• Soy sauce and other dark sauces
• Berries and deeply coloured fruits
• Curry and heavily pigmented spices
• Chocolate and other dark-coloured foods

You can eat normally following your treatment—simply choose foods and beverages that are lighter in colour during the first 24 hours.

Water is always a great choice following your appointment.

✨ Sensitivity

Some mild tooth sensitivity may occur following whitening, although not everyone will experience it.

You may notice temporary sensitivity to hot or cold temperatures or occasional brief sensitivity in individual teeth.

This is temporary and should subside within 48 hours.

If your teeth feel sensitive, avoiding extremely hot or cold foods and beverages and using a toothpaste formulated for sensitive teeth may help keep you comfortable.

✨ Gum Care

A protective gum barrier and Vitamin E are used during your whitening treatment to help protect the surrounding tissue.

Some temporary gum sensitivity or slight whitening of the gum tissue may occasionally occur following treatment. This should resolve on its own.

Avoid picking, rubbing, or unnecessarily irritating the gums after your appointment.

✨ Maintaining Your Results

Whitening results and longevity vary depending on diet, lifestyle, oral hygiene, and natural tooth colour.

To help maintain your brighter smile:

• Brush and floss regularly
• Rinse with water after consuming staining foods or drinks
• Limit frequent exposure to coffee, tea, red wine, and other staining products
• Maintain regular dental cleanings
• Schedule whitening touch-ups as needed (Every 3-4 months is recommened)

After the initial 24-hour period, using a straw with staining beverages may also help reduce direct contact with the front teeth.

✨ Results & Expectations

Your whitening results may continue to settle following your appointment.

Results vary depending on your starting shade, natural tooth colour, existing staining, diet, lifestyle, and oral hygiene.

Whitening treatments brighten natural tooth enamel. Crowns, veneers, bonding, fillings, implants, and other dental restorations will not whiten in the same way as natural teeth.

Individual results and longevity will vary.

We are honored to be part of your smile transformation.

Tooth Gems

Your tooth gem has been carefully applied using professional dental-grade materials designed to securely bond the gem to the surface of your natural tooth. Proper aftercare—especially during the first 24 hours—will help protect the bond and support the longevity of your gem.

Please review the guidelines below.

✨ The First 24 Hours

Your tooth gem needs a little extra care immediately following application.

For the first 24 hours:

• Avoid biting directly into hard, crunchy, or sticky foods with the gem
• Avoid chewing gum or other very sticky foods around the gem
• Do not pick, touch, or play with the gem
• Be mindful when eating and brushing around the application area

You can eat normally following your appointment, but use care around your new gem while the bond fully settles.

✨ Brushing & Oral Hygiene

You can continue brushing and flossing normally with a tooth gem.

Good oral hygiene is important to keeping both your tooth and gem clean.

• Brush gently around the gem, especially during the first 24 hours
• Continue brushing twice daily
• Floss normally between your teeth
• Keep the area surrounding the gem free from plaque and buildup

An electric toothbrush can be used once the gem has fully settled.

Do not aggressively scrape or brush directly against the gem.

✨ Protecting Your Gem

Once bonded, your tooth gem is designed to stay securely in place during normal everyday activities.

To help protect it:

• Avoid picking or attempting to move the gem
• Avoid biting directly into extremely hard foods, ice, pens, or other objects
• Be mindful of habits that place unnecessary pressure on the gem
• Never attempt to glue a loose or fallen gem back onto your tooth yourself

✨ Longevity

Tooth gem longevity varies from person to person.

Your gem's lifespan can be affected by:

• Oral hygiene
• Eating habits
• Tooth placement
• Natural bite and tooth structure
• Picking or playing with the gem
• Individual wear and lifestyle

Some gems may remain bonded for several months or longer, while others may naturally release sooner.

Individual longevity cannot be guaranteed.

✨ If Your Gem Falls Off

Occasionally, a tooth gem may release from the tooth.

If your gem falls off within 15 days of your appointment, we offer one complimentary reapplication.

Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange your reapplication.

Reapplication coverage does not apply when the gem has been intentionally removed, picked off, damaged through improper aftercare, or when another person has attempted to alter or reapply it.

✨ Removal

Never attempt to forcibly remove or scrape a tooth gem from your tooth at home.

If you decide you no longer want your gem, professional removal by a dental professional is recommended to safely remove the bonded material and protect the surface of your tooth.

Your natural tooth enamel should remain intact when the gem and bonding material are properly removed.

We are honored to add a little sparkle to your smile.
