Thank you for shopping with aloneinthe6ix. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please review our Canadian-only shipping details below.

Processing Times

Jewelry + Product Orders

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom pieces may require additional time depending on materials and design.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email once your order ships.

In-Person Services

  • This shipping policy applies to shipped products only.

  • For Glow Bar services booked at our Markham location, please refer to our Service Policies.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently only ship within Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, weather events, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, please contact the carrier directly, as they will have the most updated information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender due to address issues

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re-shipment costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To request an order change or cancellation, email aloneinthe6ix@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aloneinthe6ix@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit when applicable.
