By using our online store, you confirm that:

3. Appointment & Service Terms (The Glow Bar)

Services provided in person — including permanent jewelry, tooth gems, and teeth whitening — require accurate information and completion of all necessary waivers.

By booking an appointment, you agree that:

  • A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits made toward this appointment will be applied to your final service total at the time of your visit.

  • If you cancel, do not show up, or reschedule without proper notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • You will arrive on time and follow all provided pre- and post-care instructions.

  • Failure to disclose relevant health conditions (such as allergies, sensitivities, or pacemakers where applicable) may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Clients under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent.

  • All results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion for safety or hygiene reasons.

4. Products and Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products or services at any time

  • Update prices without prior notice

  • Limit quantities for any order

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.

5. Payment & Billing Information

By purchasing from aloneinthe6ix, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing information

  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order

  • Accept responsibility for any fees applied by your bank or payment processor

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our full Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases. By placing an order, you accept that:

  • Earrings, nose rings, and jewelry intended for piercings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  • Custom-made jewelry is final sale.

  • Returns are accepted for eligible items in original condition, with return shipping at the customer’s expense.

  • Customers must provide a return tracking number within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, returns cannot be accepted.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Content is provided for general information only and should not be the sole basis for decisions.
