Returns & Refunds Policy

At aloneinthe6ix, every piece is crafted or curated with care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items in their original condition, provided the following requirements are met:

  • Item is unworn and unused

  • Item is in its original packaging

  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date

  • Customer provides a valid tracking number within the 14-day window to show the item is on its way back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Packages returned to us without prior approval may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Earrings

  • Nose rings

  • Any jewelry intended for piercings or worn inside the body

  • Custom or personalized pieces made specifically to fit you

These items are considered final sale.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges or store credit may be approved at our discretion if the item meets all return criteria:

  • Unworn

  • In original packaging

  • Return initiated within 14 days

  • Customer covers return shipping

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will assist you with a replacement or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

In-Person Services (The Glow Bar)

All services performed in person at The Glow Bar by aloneinthe6ix, located inside Styles of Creation Salon at:
1 Stone Mason Road, Markham, Ontario,
as well as any events, markets, or pop-ups, are final sale.

Because these services involve time, labour, materials, and a completed result at the time of appointment, no refunds will be issued for any in-person services, including but not limited to:

  • Permanent jewelry

  • Teeth whitening

  • Tooth gems

  • Any additional beauty or enhancement services offered
