Below are the service guidelines to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable appointment for every client. By booking any service at The Glow Bar by aloneinthe6ix, you agree to the policies listed below.

Permanent Jewelry Policies

Booking & Deposit

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  
• Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance at your visit.
  
• If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit.
  

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made under 24 hours or no-shows will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
  
• Late arrivals over 10 minutes may result in shortened service time or cancellation.
  

Repairs

• If a piece breaks within 48 hours, and the chain is returned, one complimentary re-weld will be provided.
  
• After 48 hours, repairs/welds will incur a small fee.
  

Safety & Eligibility

• Clients with pacemakers are not eligible for permanent jewelry due to the micro-welding device.
  
• Clients must disclose any known metal allergies prior to the appointment.
  

Tooth Gem Policies

Booking & Deposit

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all tooth gem appointments.
  
• Deposit goes toward your final cost at your appointment.
  

Eligibility

• Tooth gems are cosmetic only and non-invasive.
  
• Not eligible for clients under 18 without parental consent.
  
• Not eligible for clients with:
  Active gum disease
  Cavities or dental issues near the application area
  
• A consent form must be signed prior to the appointment.
  

Durability & Aftercare

• Tooth gems can last anywhere from weeks to months depending on lifestyle, care, and dental hygiene.
  
• The Glow Bar does not guarantee longevity, as each mouth is different.
  
• If a gem falls off within 48 hours, one complimentary replacement is offered.
  

Cancellations

• Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows result in a lost deposit.
  

Teeth Whitening Policies

Booking & Deposit

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all whitening appointments.
  
• The deposit is credited toward your total at the appointment.
  

Eligibility

• Clients must be 16+ (parental consent required for minors).
  
• Not eligible if pregnant or breastfeeding.
  
• Not eligible if you have:
  Cavities, oral infections, untreated dental issues
  Braces
  Recent oral surgery
  

Results Disclaimer

• Results vary depending on enamel, lifestyle, and past staining.
  
• The Glow Bar cannot guarantee a specific number of shades lifted.
  
• Sensitivity may occur for 24–48 hours after the session.
